I had worked as a paramedic in Haldimand County for over 20 years and have known this girl since she was born since her mom was a medic with me :)
Fast forward alllllll these years and she now takes after her mom in raising Service dogs - all while going to school FULL TIME!!
Meet Percy who has been with Hayley since he was a pup and is now officially off to his forever home to work as a service dog. I don't think I could do what she does as I just love animals so much and I can't imagine the pride but yet heart break when they leave.
A new pup has been born though and is headed to live with Hayley until she's fully trained to also be a service dog.
Hayley's mom hired me to surprise her for this photoshoot to commemorate their trainer-dog relationship. Percy was just such a sweet pup and I LOVED photographing these two!!
