Gosh, where do I even begin on this amazing wedding, wonderful day, fantastic people and get the story across the way it's meant to be??
Ryan and Ania. I have been photographing for years (their dogs = babies)...Penn & Teller. I am so blessed to be asked to photograph this wedding. Not just this wedding, but their engagement, engagement photos and maybe someday...babies?? (lol...) but it's honestly been a journey to follow and watch unfold. Our family has also known Ryan for many, many years and to see him finally settle down and with such an amazing and BEAUTIFUL woman, is like watching our own brother being blessed.
The weekend was CRAZY HOT and this entire wedding party was a BLAST to work with. They had me in stitches and leaving with literal pain in my cheeks from laughing so much!
It was so wonderful to be attending a wedding once again. Without a pandemic looming in the air...for a day, we got to forget the world and just concentrate purely on love. Family, wedding party, guests...smiles were everywhere and it was such a breath of fresh air.
Lets get to Ryan's speech...REMEMBER... he's a magician...so everyone Is waiting for the trick...
Set the stage...Ryan goes up to the podium at the AMAZING Diplomat...and beings his speech. Funny. Show kind of stuff then picks up a champagne glass and a knife....says "I have always wanted to try this"....says he's been waiting 3 years to see if this worked.... HITS THE GLASS WITH THE KNIFE...suddenly, Ania snaps out of it...looks down and says "uhhhh where the heck am I and why am I wearing a wedding dress?" confused...looking around...Ryan then says "HYPNOTISM WORKS!" CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?? He had her hypnotized for THREE YEARS!!! And now she's married?? KIDDING...but legit it was hilarious!!! They make an amazing team!!!
Ryan & Ania, I couldn't be more happy for the two of you and your boys Penn & Teller. Congratulations on the best day of your lives (so far)...with many, many more ahead, I pray you have a loving, wonderful, God-filled marriage. Remember to always put each other first (after God of course) and to never go to bed angry.
