It has been an amazing couple years with this beautiful couple. First meeting them at their Port Dover engagement session, then doing their Destination Wedding, then pregnancy and newborn with their first baby – Brody. It’s hard to believe this little guy will be one next week! I love love LOVE seeing “my” babies grow up! Brody is such a busy boy – but just so happy! His cute little teeth cutting through and his big blue eyes will just grab your heart…

I love getting to photograph these adorable, gorgeous children (busy busy busy boys!) lol!! I love it though! Getting the chance to play with the kids and see them grow, and watching their personalities just makes my uterus skip a beat (hope my husband isn’t reading this) HA!! Happy Birthday little Eli <3

I have been doing a lot of photography lately for children and families – but this is one of the biggest familes I have photographed as a “family session” and not wedding. It was fun, and trying to figure out all the configurations of who belongs to who and what did I take or not takes yet – was challenging but a lot of fun!! I love having fun with the kids and getting to play.

What was supposed to start out as “Mother’s Day Mini’s” but with no available dates before Mothers’ Day, I decided to still hold them and instead call them “No Dads Allowed” and it was a hit! Praying for great weather, our prayers were answered and we didn’t have to reschedule. It was a beautiful (though little chilly) day here in Caledonia for our moms and their little ones’ (and for some -not so little ones). I have to admit that I was spoiled! I photographed lots of people I have photographed before (who I just love and adore) but I also got to meet some new people. Plus a lot of photographers came out to play on Saturday which just makes my heart all warm and fuzzy. I truly love my job and it was so awesome getting to capture moms’ with their children. You moms truly deserve some sort of metal for raising kids to be so awesome! Thank you so much for joining me, for bringing me treats, for being on time, for just being AWESOME!!! I hope to work with you ALL again someday!

I have to admit it has been a while since I have done a family session. Last year I went strictly newborn, and this year I’m back to kids and family again…and I’m loving it!! This session was taken at Apps Mill Park in Brantford…so many locations there, and such a gorgeous day we had. It was wonderful seeing this family – last year I photographed miss Falyn’s newborn session and now she’s ONE ALREADY!! It’s crazy how much time flies. I truly can’t get over it. The older we get, the FASTER time goes. Time to enjoy life even more now than ever!!
Anywho, I’m rambling. Onto a little peak of this wonderful family…
